Terms and Conditions

Check-In and Check-Out:

Standard check-in time is typically 12:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel.

 

Occupancy and Additional Guests:

A maximum of 3 adults is allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress/rollaway.

 

Itinerary and Refund Processing:

The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Refunds for non-operational paid activities will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities not charged to Andaman Shells & Guest are non- refundable.

 

Exclusions and Additional Charges:

Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the package. Additional charges for personal expenses such as laundry, room service, etc., are not part of the booking price.

 

Booking Flexibility and Pricing:

Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice. Airline seats and hotel rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. Please ensure correct passenger age for accurate pricing.

 

Special Occasions and Charges:

The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. Andaman Shells will communicate such charges during the booking, if available.

 

Jurisdiction:

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

 

Ferry Tickets and Foreign Nationals:

Ferry tickets are based on availability, and ferry timings cannot be confirmed at the time of booking. Foreign nationals need to obtain a restricted area permit upon arrival at the Port Blair airport.

 

Andaman Shells Advance Booking Policy:

 

30 days or more before departure: 30% of the total cost 29 - 20 days before departure: 60% of the total cost

19 - 10 days before departure: 80% of the total cost

Important: Bookings may be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 3 days before departure.

Andaman Shells Cancellation Policy:

 

30 days or more before departure: As per hotel and ferry cancellation policy 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of the total cost

Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

Note: Final discretion for any refund case lies with the hotel/ferry/transporter.

 

Changes to Your Holiday Plan:

If you wish to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any incurred costs due to amendments will be borne by the booker.
