o Any disputes arising from bookings and this policy shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
o The Company reserves the right to take legal action for defamation or libel under civil and criminal laws for any negative comments made about the Company on social media, review sites, or other media.
o The Company may seek exemplary damages and compensation, in addition to penal action, for such imputations.
